Questions

What is Nafas?
Nafas means breath in Arabic. It is a small, wearable breathing tool: a polished pendant with a narrow channel you exhale through, designed to support a slower, more intentional exhale and create a pause in your day. It was shaped with insights from a flute-maker into the breath techniques of the ancient Japanese Komusō monks.
How do I use it?
Pause. Breathe in gently through your nose, bring Nafas to your lips and let the exhale out slowly — longer than the inhale. Repeat for a few intentional breaths, then let Nafas rest against you again.
What is the difference between Nafas, Smooth Flow and Tranquil Breathe?
All three are worn and used the same way — they differ in silhouette and chain. Nafas Anxiety Breathing is the original slim engraved bar on a fine chain. Smooth Flow has a rounder, wider profile on a heavier chain. Tranquil Breathe is the slenderest, paired with a small engraved tag. Choose the one you would happily wear every day.
What colors are available?
Anxiety Breathing, Smooth Flow and Tranquil Breathe are all made in the same stainless steel and come in 4 colors: gold, rose gold, silver and black. Premium Nafas is available plated in 18 karat gold, or in real gold and white gold. Full details are shown on each product page.
Is Nafas jewellery or a breathing tool?
Both. It is made as a piece of jewellery you can wear every day, and it works as a breathing tool whenever you want to slow down. It is a wellness object, not a medical device.
How do I care for it?
Wipe the pendant with a soft dry cloth. Rinse the channel with warm water now and then and let it dry fully before wearing. Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and abrasive cleaners, and store it on its own so the finish stays smooth.
What are the shipping options?
